Side Bow chains
The Side Bow chains are chains that allow an accentuated lateral bending (compared to normal) for which they are used in curvilinear conveyors, including roller conveyors.
They are also used for power transmission when a chain twist can occur or in the presence of misaligned toothed wheels. These chains are built on the basis of the American series chains (ANSI) with special diameter pins to guarantee a tolerance between pin and bush to allow partial articulation in the horizontal plane.
The attachments of these chains are usually only available on internal links and are the same used for standard chains.
